Job Description:

Account Manager salary up to £30,000

Realistically achievable earnings of an Account Manager including monthly commission is in excess of £60,000.

Invincible Drain Care Ltd is one of the largest independent plumbing and drainage service providers in the UK. Undertaking planned and emergency work throughout the UK, providing a single point solution for all drainage and waste water plumbing requirements.

We are looking for experienced Account Managers to join our growing team in and around the Midlands area.

As a business we promote the first time fix, we want to provide a quality service to our customers to get the job done right first time. We pride ourselves on the reputation we have with our customers.

The account manager will report directly to the Sales Director, but will also work closely with other nationwide Account Managers. As a successful Account Manager, you will be an ambassador of the company, providing excellent customer service, bespoke drainage and plumbing solutions, and supporting longevity of partnerships.

As an Account Manager you will need to:

·Carry out site surveys and client meetings

·Develop and maintain long-term relationships with client base

·Compile quotations and reports, and submit to clients

·Communicate client’s requirements to relevant parties within the business

·Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

·Explore avenues to attract new clients

The ideal candidate for an Account Manager will have the following, though training will be provided where needed

·Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

·Experience of client management

·Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

·The ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

·Self-motivation as well as the ability to work as part of a team

·A positive can-do attitude

·A Driving Licence

A background in drainage and plumbing, construction or similar would be advantageous
